Well,
actually my name isn’t really INDRONG. Indrong is the nickname that one of my
closer friends gave me due to my extensive love of my canine buddy, Gembrong.
So as an effect, and with the addition of my actual nickname Indra, the name
INDRONG came along.
I’m a student
currently studying in Bali, one of the most unlikely places to focus. Bali is a
top holiday destination by many tourists, but sadly many of the websites I view
online are either extremely biased or totally inadequate. They tend to hover
between either extremes, being created for advertisement or being a totally unheard-felt
post.
I hope to
change that.
I think
people who love Bali deserve better.
Well, so
maybe you’re wondering… Why do I care?
Well you see
I am forever infatuated with my love of Japan, sparked by a close friend’s
introduction of the manga and anime world to me. Last year, in 2013, I decided
to venture on my own with a friend to Tokyo for a week. Using our own pocket moneys
we were able to plan a successful and delightful trip. This wouldn’t have been
possible if I hadn’t happen to have an acquaintance in Japan. The information
online about Japan is sparse. Imagine this, I even thought climbing mount Fuji
during the peak of winter was possible. Thankfully there was Tokyo Cheapo and
other helpful blogs. So I thought if I could mastermind a similar styled blog
for Bali, then you guys might be able to plan your trip more.
Intertwined
between all these posts about Bali will also be some random posts about me,and
my life. Read them if you will. Either ways, please enjoy my blog.
